Tongaat Hulett issues 32nd business rescue report for August 2025

Tongaat Hulett Limited has issued its 32nd monthly report on the status of its business rescue proceedings, dated September 5, 2025. This report, covering August 2025, provides an update on the progress of the business rescue, including details on litigation matters as outlined in paragraph 2.3. The company initiated voluntary business rescue proceedings on October 27, 2022.
