KAP director’s associate deals in company shares

Daleiwan Investments (Pty) Ltd, an associate of KAP Limited director JA Holtzhausen, completed two on-market purchases of KAP ordinary shares in early September 2025. JA Holtzhausen is a non-executive director of KAP Limited and also a director and shareholder of Daleiwan Investments (Pty) Ltd, indicating an indirect, beneficial interest in these transactions.

The first transaction occurred on September 3, 2025, involving the purchase of 56,713 ordinary shares at a price of 185 cents per security, resulting in a total Rand value of R104,919.05. The subsequent transaction took place on September 4, 2025, with Daleiwan Investments (Pty) Ltd acquiring 50,787 ordinary shares, also at 185 cents per security, for a total Rand value of R93,955.95.

In total, 107,500 ordinary shares were transacted by the associate over these two days. Clearance for these dealings was obtained in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
