PBT Group director's associate acquires more shares

Tortin Investments Proprietary Limited, an associate of Johannes Francois de Wet, a director of PBT Group International Besloten Vennootschap, a major subsidiary of PBT Group Limited, has acquired additional ordinary shares in PBT Group. Mr. de Wet is the sole shareholder of Tortin Investments Proprietary Limited, making these indirect beneficial transactions.

The associate conducted two separate on-market purchases. The first transaction, on 01 September 2025, involved the acquisition of 293 securities at 590 cents per share, totaling R 1 728.70. A second transaction occurred on 02 September 2025, with 450 securities purchased at 600 cents per share, amounting to R 2 700.00. Both transactions received the necessary clearance.
