Netcare and Clindeb announce September 2025 debt payments

Netcare Limited and Clindeb Investments Limited have issued a notification detailing upcoming interest and capital payments to noteholders in September 2025. This announcement outlines the specific instrument codes, payment dates, interest rates, and the total amounts to be distributed for both interest and, where applicable, capital repayment.

For Netcare's NTC35 instrument, a payment date of 08 September 2025 is set, with an interest rate of 8.557%. Noteholders will receive R4 330 779.75 in interest and a substantial capital repayment of R203 000 000.00. Other Netcare instruments also have upcoming interest payments: NTC36 (08 September 2025, 8.817% interest, R13 189 265.75), NTC41 (15 September 2025, 8.517% interest, R10 500 410.96), and NTC47 (25 September 2025, 8.567% interest, R21 828 246.58).

The notification, issued from Johannesburg on 03 September 2025, confirms The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited as the debt sponsor.
