Brimstone announces independent director's resignation

Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Mduduzi Ndlovu, an independent non-executive director, effective 2 September 2025. Mr. Ndlovu also served as a member of both the audit & risk committee and the investment committee of Brimstone. His resignation is attributed to other business commitments.

The company's board extended its gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr. Ndlovu for his contributions during his tenure. Following his departure, the audit & risk committee and the investment committee remain duly constituted.
