AYO announces auditor change: SKX Protiviti to replace Crowe

AYO Technology Solutions Limited announced a change in its external auditors. Crowe JHB Inc. ("Crowe") has resigned as the AYO group's external auditor, terminating its audit engagement effective September 1, 2025. Crowe cited current capacity constraints within the firm as the reason for their resignation.

The board of directors of AYO expressed gratitude for Crowe's partnership over the past five years and confirmed Crowe's commitment to supporting a smooth transition and cooperating with the incoming auditors.

In conjunction with Crowe's resignation, AYO is pleased to announce the appointment of SKX Protiviti ("SKX") as their new auditors, also effective September 1, 2025.
