Novus Holdings announces CFO transition, names Kim Julies as successor

Novus Holdings Limited has announced a change in its chief financial officer (CFO) role. Craig Wright will resign as CFO with effect from December 31, 2025. He will, however, continue to contribute to the group's ongoing growth.

Kim Julies has been appointed as the new group chief financial officer and executive director, effective January 1, 2026. Julies, a qualified chartered accountant, joined Novus Holdings in 2017 and currently serves as the group financial manager and an alternate director to Wright on the company's board.

The board expressed anticipation for the contributions of both Julies and Wright in their revised capacities. The announcement was made from Cape Town on September 1, 2025.
