Frontier Transport Holdings appoints Ulandy Gribble as executive director and interim cfo

Frontier Transport Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Ulandy Junine Gribble as an executive director, effective September 1, 2025. This appointment complies with Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.

Since 2018, Gribble has served as the finance manager for Golden Arrow Bus Services Proprietary Limited, overseeing key financial operations within Cape Town's transport sector.
