Shoprite Holdings announces board committee change

Shoprite Holdings Limited, a leading retail group, confirmed a change to the composition of its Social and Ethics Committee. The company's shares trade on the JSE and A2X under the code SHP, on the NSX as SRH, and on LUSE as SHOPRITE.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of Shoprite Holdings advised that Mr. Anton de Bruyn has stepped down as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee. This change became effective from August 28, 2025.
