Frontier Transport Holdings announces CFO retirement, interim appointment

Frontier Transport Holdings Limited announced a change in its directorate, with group chief financial officer and executive director, Mark Llewellyn Wilkin, set to retire effective August 31, 2025. Wilkin has served the company for over 40 years, contributing significantly to its financial strategy and growth.

In anticipation of his departure, Ulandy Gribble has been appointed as interim CFO, effective September 1, 2025. Gribble is currently the financial manager of Golden Arrow Bus Services Proprietary Limited, the group's largest subsidiary, and is a qualified chartered accountant (South Africa). She joined the group in August 2018.
