Sanlam reduces stake in Fairvest A shares

Fairvest Limited announced today, August 27, 2025, that it has received notification from Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited ("Sanlam") regarding the disposal of Fairvest A shares. Following this transaction, Sanlam, acting as agent on behalf of its clients, now holds 8.82% of Fairvest's total A shares in issue.

This notification is made in compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements.
