Bidcorp reports solid FY2025 performance, revenue up 4.3%

Bidcorp reported a solid performance for the year ended June 30, 2025, with revenue increasing by 4.3% to R235.6 billion (6.8% in constant currency). Trading profit rose by 6.4% to R12.9 billion (9.3% in constant currency), while headline earnings per share grew by 6.5% to 2,562.7 cents (9.6% in constant currency). The company also achieved strong cash generation, with 122% of trading profit and 108% of EBITDA converted into cash.

The directors declared a final gross cash dividend of 600.0 cents per ordinary share, bringing the total dividend distribution for the full year to 1,160.0 cents, an increase of 6.4%. The record date for the final dividend is Friday, September 26, 2025, with payment scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025.
