Reinet Investments declares €0.37 dividend

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has declared a total dividend of €0.37000 per share from income reserves, approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held today, Tuesday, 26 August 2025. This dividend is payable to holders of Reinet South African Shares listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in rand, via central security depository participants in Strate. The applicable euro to rand exchange rate and full payment details will be announced on SENS on Tuesday, 2 September 2025.

There will be no cross-border movements of Reinet ordinary shares between the Dutch/Luxembourgish stock exchanges and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange between Tuesday, 9 September 2025, and Friday, 12 September 2025. Additionally, Reinet South African Shares cannot be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 10 September 2025, and Friday, 12 September 2025.

Former holders of certificated depository receipts who have not specified a valid account with a CSDP or broker are advised to regularize their accounts with Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited. Failure to do so will result in not being entitled to trade their shares or receive dividends on time.
