Lighthouse Properties finalizes interim cash dividend for shareholders

Lighthouse Properties p.l.c. announced the finalization of its interim cash dividend for the six months ending June 30, 2025. A gross cash dividend of 1.31220 euro cents per share will be distributed.

Shareholders whose shares are traded on the JSE and A2X will receive their cash dividend in South African Rand. This conversion will be based on an exchange rate of EUR1.00:ZAR20.45500, determined on August 25, 2025. For shareholders exempt from South African dividends tax, the gross dividend will equate to 26.84105 ZAR cents per share.

For shareholders liable to pay South African dividends tax at a rate of 20.00%, the net cash dividend will be 21.47284 ZAR cents per share. The company noted that the salient dates for the payment of the cash dividend remain unchanged.
