Spur Corporation delivers strong growth, increases dividend payout

Spur Corporation reported a 17.5% increase in profit before income tax to R401.7 million and an 11.2% rise in revenue to R3.9 billion for the year ended June 30, 2025.

Diluted headline earnings per share increased by 16.4% to 331.02 cents. The company declared a full-year cash dividend of 299.00 cents per share, representing a 40.4% increase.
