RMH removes director from Atterbury Property board

RMH shareholders were informed that Brian Roberts was removed as a director of Atterbury Property following an ordinary resolution passed at a shareholder meeting on August 21, 2025.

The removal was based on alleged strategic misalignment between Roberts, APH director Albie Cilliers, and RMH on one side, and the remaining Atterbury Property Holdings board members on the other. Roberts had served on the board since July 2017.

Roberts and Cilliers maintain their director positions at APH, which holds 77.52% of shares in Atterbury Property.
