DRDGOLD director loses independence status over consultancy role

DRDGOLD director Andrew Brady will no longer be classified as independent following Sibanye Stillwater's decision to retain him as a consultant for six months from July 1, 2025.

As a result of the external appointment, Brady has stepped down from DRDGOLD's audit committee but will continue serving on the risk and investment committees.

The company said its audit committee composition remains compliant with regulatory requirements despite the change.
