Tharisa continues share buyback programme across dual listings

Tharisa plc purchased 28,603 ordinary shares on the JSE between August 11 and August 15, 2025, at a volume weighted average price of ZAR20.48. Total JSE purchases under the programme since May 29, 2025, amount to 209,456 shares costing ZAR4.36m.

On the LSE, 299,445 ordinary shares were acquired during the same period at an average of 87.39 pence. Total LSE purchases since May 29 are 2,027,555 shares costing £1.78m.

Following these transactions, Tharisa has 302,596,743 ordinary shares in issue, with 7,587,900 held in treasury.
