Prosus buys back €120m shares, director retires

Prosus N.V. repurchased 2.3 million shares between August 11-15 at an average price of €52.38 per share, totaling €119.7 million as part of its ongoing buyback program.

Separately, independent non-executive director Cobus Stofberg will retire from the board on August 19. Stofberg, a founding member of M-Net/MultiChoice, has served as a Prosus director since August 2019.
