Resilient REIT lifts interim dividend 12.2%

Resilient REIT declared an interim dividend of 245.72 cents per share for the six months ended June 2025, up 12.2% from the prior year.

The South African portfolio recorded 8.6% like-for-like net property income growth. Offshore distributable earnings benefited from a 7.9% increase in euro dividends from Lighthouse Properties and favourable exchange rates.
