Naspers buys back shares worth ZAR996m in five days

Naspers Limited purchased 177,668 of its own shares between August 4-8, 2025, at an average price of ZAR5,606.80 per share, totaling ZAR996.1m ($55.8m).

The buyback is part of an open-ended repurchase program for both Prosus and Naspers ordinary shares that began on June 27, 2022.

The company also launched a "Claim It" campaign to help shareholders recover unpaid dividends through a portal at www.jse.co.za/claimit.
