Alexforbes appoints new director as board member resigns

Alexander Forbes Group Holdings announced that Refiloe Nkadimeng has resigned as a non-executive director, effective August 11, 2025.

Trurman Zuma has been appointed as a non-executive director on the same date. Zuma is a chartered accountant with experience at Old Mutual, Standard Bank, Barclays, Absa Group, Momentum Wealth, and Sanlam, where he served as chief executive of Sanlam Life. He became a principal transactor at African Rainbow Capital in March 2025.
