Coronation increases Grindrod stake to 5%

Grindrod Limited announced that Coronation Asset Management has increased its beneficial interest in the company's ordinary shares to 5% of total shares in issue.

Coronation holds the stake on behalf of its clients. The disclosure follows regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and JSE listing rules.
