Glencore buys back 3m shares for £8.6m

Glencore purchased 3 million ordinary shares from UBS at a volume weighted average price of £2.8806, with prices ranging from £2.86 to £2.96.

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury, bringing total treasury shares to 1.27 billion. Total ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, now stands at 11.9 billion.

The buyback is part of an existing program expected to conclude in February 2026.
