Novus increases Mustek stake to 60% through market acquisition

Novus Holdings Limited acquired 22,355 Mustek ordinary shares on 5 August 2025 at R13.00 per share, totaling R290,615.

This increases Novus' direct holding to 22,989,607 shares, representing 39.95% of Mustek's issued shares.

Including shares held by concert parties, Novus now controls 34,664,126 Mustek shares, constituting approximately 60.24% of total issued share capital.

The acquisition follows Novus' mandatory offer announcement to Mustek shareholders.
