Glencore buys back 900,000 shares for £2.7m

Glencore purchased 900,000 ordinary shares from UBS AG on August 4 at an average price of £3.0054, totaling approximately £2.7m.

The buyback increases Glencore's treasury holdings to 1.31bn shares, leaving 11.91bn ordinary shares in issue with voting rights.

The transaction forms part of the second phase of Glencore's buyback program, which began July 7, 2025 and runs until February 2026.
