Quilter discloses 3% stake in Assura amid takeover activity

Quilter PLC has disclosed a 3.04% stake in Assura PLC, holding 99.2 million shares worth approximately £49 million based on recent trading prices.

The disclosure, made under takeover rules, comes as Assura is involved in a relevant transaction. Quilter has been actively trading the position, recently selling small parcels of shares at prices around 49.7-49.8 pence per share.

The financial services company confirmed it is also making disclosures regarding Primary Health Properties PLC in connection with the same transaction activity.
