Glencore buys back 900,000 shares for £2.7m

Glencore purchased 900,000 ordinary shares on August 1 for prices ranging from £2.98 to £3.07, with an average price of £3.01.

The buyback forms part of the second phase of Glencore's programme announced in July, which runs until February 2026. The company now holds 1.31 billion shares in treasury, with 11.9 billion ordinary shares remaining in issue.
