Brait director associate sells R95m stake in restructuring

Titan Premier Investments, an associate of Brait director Dr. CH Wiese, sold 44.4 million Brait shares for R94.7 million on July 25.

Simultaneously, fellow Brait director PJ Roelofse acquired 20.1 million shares for R42.8 million through Oryx Partners as part of restructuring Titan's management agreement with Oryx.

To maintain Titan's voting control in Brait, voting rights for the acquired shares were transferred back to Titan under a separate agreement.
