Renergen directors sell R6.5m worth of shares

Renergen executive directors have sold significant shareholdings, with Stefano Marani disposing of 334,327 shares for R5.3 million and Nicholas Mitchell selling 76,695 shares for R1.2 million.

Both transactions occurred at R15.80 per share on 28 July. Following the sales, Marani retains a 5.62% stake in the company while Mitchell holds 5.54%.
