PBT Group director's associate buys R1m stake

Johannes Francois de Wet, a director of PBT Group International, saw his investment company Tortin Investments acquire 173,994 ordinary shares in PBT Group Limited on July 28.

The shares were purchased at 575 cents each through on-market buying, totaling R1,000,465.50. De Wet is the sole shareholder of Tortin Investments.
