Eagle Creek Investments 223 Proprietary Limited, an associate of Huge Group Limited director JC Herbst, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares on 28 July 2025.

The shares were purchased at prices ranging from R1.78 to R1.90, with a weighted average price of R1.89809, totaling R474,522.69.

The associate company is ultimately controlled by Margaret Ann Herbst, spouse of director James Charles Herbst, through a chain of wholly-owned subsidiaries.
