Bannerman Energy raises A$85m for Etango uranium project

Bannerman Energy Limited raised A$85 million through an equity placement, boosting its cash and liquid assets to approximately A$140 million by early July 2025.

The company reported progress on its Etango uranium project, with construction power and water infrastructure complete and heap leach pad earthworks advancing. The process plant detailed design is 58% complete.

The company achieved 1 million injury-free manhours, with early works tracking on budget and schedule. Residual early works commitments total approximately A$23 million.
