Glencore buys back 900,000 shares for £2.9m

Glencore repurchased 900,000 ordinary shares on 25 July at prices ranging from £3.18 to £3.22, with a volume weighted average of £3.19.

The mining company now holds 1.31 billion shares in treasury, with 11.92 billion ordinary shares remaining in issue. The transaction forms part of Glencore's second phase buyback programme, which runs until February 2026.
