Natco Pharma to acquire Adcock Ingram for ZAR75 per share

Natco Pharma will acquire Adcock Ingram shares for ZAR75.00 cash per share, a 43.7% premium to the pre-cautionary closing price. The acquisition will result in Adcock Ingram delisting from the JSE.

Post-acquisition, Bidvest will hold approximately 64.25% and Natco Pharma 35.75% of Adcock Ingram. The offer requires shareholder and regulatory approvals.
