Reinet sells entire Pension Insurance Corporation stake

Reinet Investments S.C.A. reported net asset value of €6.6 billion as of 30 June 2025, down 4.6% from €6.915 billion at 31 March 2025. NAV per share fell to €36.30 from €38.04.

The company reached an agreement to sell its entire holding in Pension Insurance Corporation Group Limited to Athora Holding Ltd, with the transaction expected to close in early 2026.

During the quarter, Reinet received ordinary and special dividends totaling £178 million from Pension Insurance Corporation Group Limited.
