Glencore buys back 900,000 shares for £2.8m

Glencore purchased 900,000 ordinary shares on 21 July for between £3.10 and £3.17 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of £3.13.

The purchases are part of the second phase of the company's buyback programme, which began on 7 July and runs until February 2026. Glencore now holds 1.3bn shares in treasury, with 11.9bn ordinary shares remaining in issue.
