Castleview seeks approval for R200m capital raise

Castleview Property Fund will hold a general meeting on July 29, 2025, to approve issuing up to 30,487,805 shares at R6.56 each to Select Opportunities Fund En Commandite Partnership, raising R200 million.

Separately, shareholders representing 10.2% of shares opted to reinvest their R29.6 million cash dividend, resulting in 3.1 million new shares being issued.
