Sable Exploration Appoints New Auditors

Sable Exploration and Mining Limited ("SEAM") has appointed Balushi Incorporated ("Balushi Inc.") as its new external auditors for the financial year ending 28 February 2025. This decision, made by SEAM's Board of Directors, follows the termination of previous auditors, CM&A Inc., due to their inability to furnish a valid IRBA inspection certificate.

Balushi Inc., represented by Mr Ramphelane Edward Hlakudi, has submitted all required documentation to the Audit and Risk Committee. The firm was inspected by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors ("IRBA") in 2017, and the 2017 inspection report has been provided. The Board has requested confirmation from IRBA by 31 July 2025 that this report remains valid. Shareholders will receive updates on any material developments regarding the audit appointment.
