Glencore buys back 900,000 shares for £2.8m

Glencore purchased 900,000 ordinary shares from UBS AG on July 14 at prices ranging from £3.10 to £3.17, with an average price of £3.13.

The buyback is part of the second phase of Glencore's existing programme, which runs until February 2026. Following the transaction, the company holds 1.3 billion shares in treasury, leaving 11.9 billion ordinary shares in issue.
