Investec directors sell shares worth R1.66m after exercising options

Three Investec Limited directors exercised share options and sold their holdings on July 10, 2025, generating combined proceeds of R1.66 million.

Director Cumesh Moodliar sold 6,300 shares for R803,264 at an average price of R127.50. Lesley-Anne Gatter disposed of shares worth R602,457, while company secretary Niki van Wyk sold her holding for R251,008.

Separately, Investec's share incentive plan saw the exercise of options for 646,955 shares worth R59.08 million at a strike price of R91.32.
