Glencore buys back 900,000 shares for £2.8m

Glencore purchased 900,000 ordinary shares from UBS at prices ranging from £3.05 to £3.13, with a volume-weighted average of £3.10.

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury, bringing Glencore's treasury holdings to 1.3 billion shares. Outstanding shares now total 11.9 billion.

The buyback forms part of the second phase of the company's existing program, which is expected to conclude in February 2026.
