Omnia directors receive R33 million in performance shares

Omnia Holdings awarded Performance Forfeitable Shares worth over R33 million to key executives under its 2020 Share Plan. The shares are contingent on three-year performance conditions and continued employment.

S Gobalsamy received the largest allocation of 292,655 shares valued at R20.9 million, while SP Serfontein received 83,870 shares worth R6 million. CM Kotze and RC Hennecke each received 69,891 shares valued at R5 million, and SM Mdluli received 20,968 shares worth R1.5 million.

The shares were awarded at R71.54 each, based on the 20-day volume weighted average price.
