Ninety One awards shares to key executives

Ninety One awarded forfeitable shares to Executive Directors Hendrik du Toit (1,029,362 shares) and Kim McFarland (257,437 shares), subject to three-year vesting periods.

David Weaire, a subsidiary director, received 28,151 shares and Company Secretary Amina Rasool received 3,828 shares as deferred bonus awards. All awards were granted for nil consideration on 8 July 2025.
