Foord Asset Management clients acquire 5.02% stake in Netcare

Netcare Limited (JSE: NTC) has announced that it received formal notification, in compliance with the Companies Act, that clients of Foord Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. have acquired an interest in Netcare's ordinary shares. This acquisition results in a total beneficial interest of 5.02% of the total issued ordinary shares of Netcare being held by Foord Asset Management’s clients. The Netcare board accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the announcement, which relies on data from the notification received from Foord Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. Netcare has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel, as required by the Companies Act. The announcement is dated July 2, 2025.
