Van Eck Associates crosses below 6% in Pan African Resources

Van Eck Associates Corporation has reported a change in its major holdings of Pan African Resources PLC (JSE:PAN). The notification, dated 30 June 2025, indicates that Van Eck's total voting rights attached to shares in Pan African Resources have decreased to 5.9998%, from a previously reported 6.799%. This change resulted from a disposal of voting rights which has been reported to the company. The total number of voting rights held by Van Eck Associates in the issuer is now 121,755,285.
