Oryx Properties Limited (JSE:ORY) announced the successful completion of its acquisition of 100% shareholding in Safari Investments Namibia (Proprietary) Limited, as of June 30, 2025. This acquisition, initially announced in a series of cautionary statements between March and June of 2025, signifies the culmination of a three-year growth strategy focused on diversifying Oryx's Namibian property portfolio. Safari Investments Namibia owns and manages the Platz am Meer Shopping Centre in Swakopmund. With the transfer of shares now finalized, Oryx advises unitholders that caution is no longer necessary when dealing in the company's securities.
