Murray & Roberts: Henry Laas resigns from board

Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited (JSE:MUR) announced that Mr. Henry Laas resigned from its board of directors, effective as of June 28, 2025. While Laas has stepped down from the board, he retired as Chief Executive Officer on May 31, 2025, but will continue to serve on the Board. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Laas for his contributions and wished him well in his retirement. The announcement was made in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited serves as the sponsor for Murray & Roberts.
