Investec announces AGM dates, 2025 report, director change

Investec plc and Investec Limited have announced the dates for their Annual General Meetings (AGM), which will be held as combined electronic and physical meetings on August 7, 2025. The record date for Investec Limited voting eligibility is August 1, 2025, with a last trading day of July 29, 2025.
