Copper 360 revenue surges 349% despite annual loss

Copper 360 Limited (JSE:CPRE) reported a 349% increase in revenue to ZAR 143.7 million for the year ended February 28, 2025, primarily driven by the launch of its concentrate business in March 2024. Despite the revenue surge, the company posted a loss for the year of ZAR 223.1 million, a 244% increase from the previous year, attributed to factors including the underperformance of the SX-EW plant and delays in mining operations. The company's concentrate production commenced at the Nama Copper Resources Plant, and mining began at Rietberg in August 2024. Copper 360 plans further capital expenditure of ZAR 256 million in 2026, and remains focused on scaling production and securing funding to execute its strategy.
